We kindly ask that if you change your mind or are unable to attend your appointment, you please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. You do not have to provide a reason.

This will help us manage our schedule and allow others to book in.

When you attend your appointment, any treatments provided will be fully explained and you will have the opportunity to discuss and decline as necessary. Consent will be agreed before any treatments commence.
